Custom Cotton Face Mask with Nose Wire (1-8pk)

Help the environment and reduce the amount of disposable PPE going into landfill with these washable, non-medical, cotton face masks for adults. They are double-sided, include a nose wire, a pocket for a filter/tissue and ear elastics. Their pleated design allows them to fit multiple face shapes and sizes with little need for adjustments while wearing, and the nose wire helps prevent glasses from fogging up.

Choose from 40+ different fabrics. Contrasting fabrics is recommended to allow you to easily distinguish the front and back. If no preference is given for the back fabric, I will use whatever suits.

Elastic used is round, black or white, soft and super stretchy. It’s similar to the elastic used on the disposable blue surgical masks.

DIMENSIONS:
Pleated: approx. 17cm (w) x 10cm (h)
Expanded: approx. 17.5cm (w) x 17.5cm (h)
These are the same size as the standard disposable, pleated surgical masks.

At the checkout page, include your fabric choices in the ‘Order Instructions’ comment box in the following format:
“Mask 1: F48/B54
Mask 2: F9/B12, etc”

PRODUCTION TIME:
As these are custom made-to-order masks, production turnaround is currently 1-3 business days.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Wash masks before wear.
• Warm hand wash or machine wash with similar colours
• Line dry in shade
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not dry clean
• Hot steam iron, avoiding the nose wire and elastic.

• The fabric options will be updated when sold out. By ordering, you acknowledge that your fabric choice may sell out before it enters production and you will need to choose an alternative. Please make sure you check your emails/junk mail to avoid unnecessary delays. If I don’t receive a response after 2 attempts to contact you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
• Fabrics have been pre-washed.
• Information on the proper usage and care of cotton masks will be included.
• Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
