Delivery times for Australia are currently experiencing slight delays due to lockdowns in NSW and VIC.
Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days in addition to estimated delivery times, excluding bespoke costumes, custom commissioned products and pre-orders. Any variations in processing times will be specified in their respective product listing, or communicated separately in regards to custom, commissioned items.
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post.
If there are any issues or delays with processing your order, you will be notified within 48 hours. Please make sure you check your junk email folder for any communications.
Domestic orders are charged at a Flat Rate and calculated by weight and size in the cart/checkout page. You have the choice of Standard or Express options.

- Regional areas: please allow an extra 2-5 business days for it to reach your destination.

International orders are charged at a Flat Rate and calculated by weight in the cart/checkout page. Currently, only Standard tracked and Economy Air shipping is offered to the listed countries below.

Shipping prices do not include import duties, taxes and/or other additional charges. Any of the aforementioned charges are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please check your country’s import taxes and duty fees.
